How the Process Works

  • Step 1: Submit Your Complaint Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible so we can thoroughly investigate your concerns.

  • Step 2: Acknowledgement We will formally acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days.

  • Step 3: Investigation & Resolution Our team will investigate the issue completely and provide you with a formal update and final outcome without undue delay.

Your Right to Escalate
 
Please Note: Under the Data (Use and Access) Act, you are required to raise any data protection concerns directly with Adam Massage first, giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue early.
If you remain unsatisfied with our final response or how your complaint was handled, you have the right to escalate the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
